9.1. By accessing and using the Denode Platform and its services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Legal Compliance: You will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines published on the Platform, including these Terms of Service.Ethical Use: You will use the Platform in a manner that respects public interests, ethics, and the rights of others.Tax Obligations: You will fulfill all tax obligations related to your activities on the Platform.Data Usage: You will seek our permission before using any Platform data or information for commercial purposes.Risk Awareness: You understand the risks associated with digital asset transactions. We encourage you to use the Platform only if you comprehend these risks.Independent Research: We advise you to conduct your own research and assessment of investments, and to verify information provided through the Platform.Additional Disclosures: You may need to agree to certain disclosures to access specific Platform sections.Investment Considerations: We recommend that you consider various factors before investing, such as investment objectives, risks, rights, liquidity, commitments, pricing, fees, and any restrictions.Professional Advice: We suggest consulting with tax, legal, or other professional advisors as you deem appropriate.Liability Limitations: Please note that Denode's liability for transaction-related losses or damages may be limited.Technical Factors: The Platform relies on telecommunication and internet access. We ask you to be aware of potential access issues due to technical factors.Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee against errors, delays, or actions of other users that may affect data or transactions.9.2. The Platform shall be used only in accordance with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Clients are strictly prohibited from interfering with Denode's normal operations, and when accessing and using the Services, Clients shall comply with the following requirements:
Not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or completeness of Denode's system or network;Not use any services that adversely affect the operation of the Services, website, or other systems used to provide services, or impair other Clients' ability to access or use services;Not attempt unauthorized access to materials on the Platform other than those to which you have been given direct permission to access;Not transmit or upload to the website any files that could damage others' equipment or software; content that may be considered defamatory; or any material or data that violates any law (including data or other material protected by copyright or trade secrets which you do not have the right to use);Not attempt to modify, copy, delete, decompile, or reverse engineer any computer programs used to deliver the Services or operate the website.9.3. The Service Provider has the right to determine whether the Client has violated the above conditions and, if established, to take appropriate measures without prior notice to you in accordance with relevant regulations. Appropriate measures that the Service Provider may take include, but are not limited to:
Freezing or canceling order requests;Freezing the account;Suspension or termination of access;Reporting the incident to relevant authorities or regulatory bodies;Publishing the detected violation and the measures taken in response as a warning to the public,Deleting any information posted by the Client deemed to be in violation of this agreement.9.4. If a third party initiates a case or claim against you as a result of your violation of these terms, the Client shall independently handle such prosecution and compensate the Service Provider for any damages. This includes claims arising from fines, administrative penalties, attorney's fees, and other related costs.
