34.1. Under no circumstances shall the Service Provider be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, internet failures, computer failures and other equipment failures, electrical failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, civil disturbances, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, disease or pandemics, governmental actions, or non-performance of third parties.
