29.1. These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to the Denode Platform and/or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia. This choice of law is without regard to any principles of conflict of laws that would require or permit the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
29.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees to waive any right to a trial by jury for any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Denode Platform, or the Services.
29.3. The Client agrees that the Denode Platform and its Services are deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over the Service Provider or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers, or shareholders, either specific or general, in any jurisdiction other than in Mongolia.
