3.1. Denode offers Clients services including exchanging virtual assets and official currencies; exchanging one or more types of virtual assets; transferring virtual assets; safekeeping and administration of virtual assets or enabling control over virtual assets; participation in and provision of financial services related to an issuer's offer and/or sale of a virtual asset; and other related services.

3.2. Denode shall only perform the services specified in clause 3.1 of these Terms of Service and shall not directly participate in transactions or trades between Clients.
