22. REGULATIONS FOR PLATFORM OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES AND CESSATION OF OPERATIONS
22.1. The Service Provider shall transparently publish and inform Clients of an action plan to be implemented in the event of operational difficulties, cyber-attacks, deregistration by regulatory authorities, or other extraordinary circumstances that may result in restrictions or temporary or permanent cessation of platform services during the provision of virtual asset services.
22.2. In the event of restrictions on Platform operations or temporary or permanent cessation of operations, relevant measures will be implemented step by step in accordance with the plan referred to in 22.1, and any Client requests will be received and resolved in accordance with relevant procedures and regulations.
