5.1. To register to use the Platform's services, you must affirm that you are either an individual of at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity to fulfill contractual obligations, or a legal entity with full legal capacity and authority to comply with these Terms of Service.

5.2. You must confirm that you have not previously created an account on the Platform and that you are registering to receive services either on your own behalf as an individual or on behalf of the legal entity you are fully authorized to represent.

5.3. By using the services, you must responsibly declare that you will not violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws.
