28.1. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider may send email messages regarding our company, our services and Projects listed by Issuers.

28.3. The Client may manage their communication preferences through their Account settings on the Denode Platform. The Service Provider reserves the right to send certain administrative and service-related communications that are considered essential to the provision of services, regardless of the Client's communication preferences.

28.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for any communications the Client may receive directly from Issuers or other third parties as a result of using the Denode Platform. The Client is advised to exercise caution and due diligence when responding to any third-party communications.

28.5. The Service Provider may maintain records of all communications sent to Clients for legal and operational purposes. Such records will be maintained in accordance with the Service Provider's data retention policies and applicable laws.
