10.1. The current Indicative Eligibility Criteria for an Issuer is available for viewing on the Denode Platform. These criteria are not exhaustive, and the Service Provider reserves the right to impose additional requirements.

10.2. Compliance with the Indicative Eligibility Criteria shall not guarantee the suitability of a Project for listing on the Denode Platform.

10.3. Prospective Issuers, particularly new issuers, are hereby encouraged to contact the Service Provider or submit an Application to seek informal and confidential guidance regarding the eligibility of a proposed Project at the earliest opportunity.

10.4. The Service Provider shall assess whether the Issuer or Issuer Obligors fulfill the Indicative Eligibility Criteria, either individually or collectively, when reviewing an Application.

10.5. The Service Provider shall retain sole discretion to:

10.6. While the size of an Issuer shall be considered, greater emphasis shall be placed on factors such as management integrity, controlling shareholders, the Issuer's stability, reputation, and the quality of the Project as set out in the Application.

10.7. Issuers shall maintain compliance with all eligibility criteria and platform rules throughout their engagement with the Denode Platform.

10.8. The Service Provider shall reserve the right to revoke Issuer status or remove Projects from the platform if an Issuer fails to maintain compliance or breaches any terms of the Engagement Agreement.
