8. ACCOUNT USE AND SECURITY
8.1. The Denode account shall be managed and used only by the Client registered in their own name. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel an account if it is determined that someone other than the registered Client is using it. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any risks or damages resulting from unauthorized use of the account by other parties.
8.2. The Service Provider ensures account security in accordance with the international ISO27001:2013 standard.
8.3. The Service Provider shall, upon the Client's first request, disburse monetary assets related to virtual asset services or transfer virtual assets, and shall immediately notify the Client of any delays in doing so.
8.4. Client-centric risks may arise in the account due to the Client's intentional or unintentional actions. The Client must take appropriate precautionary measures to protect the security of their Denode account access rights and personal information.
8.5. The Client is responsible for the security of their Denode account information and password and shall bear full responsibility for all actions taken through that account.
8.6. The Client shall adhere to the following conditions regarding account information confidentiality:
