30. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
30.1. In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding arising from the use of the Platform, the Client shall submit a written appeal through the Service Provider's official channels. The Service Provider shall investigate the issue within 30 working days, take appropriate measures, and notify the Client.
30.2. If the Client is dissatisfied with how the Service Provider has resolved the issue, the Client has the right to appeal to the Mongolian International Arbitration Court. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
30.3. The Client shall bear the costs associated with the dispute resolution process from their own funds.
30.4. The Service Provider has the right to use the Client's information and records of any communication with the Service Provider for the purpose of dispute resolution.
