26.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Denode, as well as Denode's parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, any related companies, suppliers, licensors and partners, including the shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them (collectively, "Denode Parties") harmless from any and all claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs arising out of or relating to your access to or use of this Denode Platform, your violation of these Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
