6.1. To use the Platform's services, the Client must access www.denode.io, enter their full name, email address, password, verify their information, and carefully read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, upon which a Denode account will be created.

6.2. By registering for a Denode account, you confirm the accuracy and completeness of all your information and agree to update any changes to this information promptly.

6.3. Denode implements internal control policies in accordance with applicable laws and may, in some cases, refuse to open an account for a Client for specific reasons.
