Terms of Service

16. LIABILITY
16.1. The Client is obligated to carefully read and understand these Terms of Service, and the Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the Client's failure to do so.
16.2. All official announcements, news, and information related to the Platform's operations will be posted on the Platform or sent to the Client's registered email. The Client shall be solely responsible for any losses arising from failure to review any announcements posted on the Platform or from their own negligence.
16.3. The Service Provider shall be fully responsible for any actual damages incurred by the Client due to the Service Provider's failure to properly fulfill or violation of its obligations under these Terms of Service.
16.4. The Client shall be responsible for damages incurred by the Service Provider or other parties due to the following actions, inactions, or circumstances:
  • The Client's failure to fulfill or properly fulfill the obligations specified in these Terms of Service;
  • Intentionally or unintentionally entering incorrect or erroneous personal or transaction information, failing to enter required information, or failing to verify information when using the Services;
  • Confirming a transaction without fully verifying the transaction information, resulting in transferring assets to the wrong recipient, transferring an incorrect amount, or making a transaction that should not have been made;
  • Entering false or incorrect personal information or using another person's personal information;
  • Disclosing personal information, login credentials, password, PIN code, one-time password, or other such information to others.
  • 16.5. In the event of a Client's violation of the Terms of Service, the Service Provider has the right to terminate these Terms of Service at its own initiative and invalidate the Client's account registration.
    16.6. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for damages incurred due to network interruptions, technical failures during the transmission of transaction information, technical issues with the Client's mobile phone, power outages, inability to make transactions due to reasons beyond the service provider's control, erroneous transactions, misuse of the Platform's services by the Client, or transfer or allowing others to use relevant documents, mobile phones, or SIM cards.
