38. FEEDBACK
38.1. If you have any complaints, suggestions, or questions about the Platform, please contact us at support@denode.io.
38.2. The Service Provider shall maintain a register of petitions and complaints received through official channels from clients and shall respond within 7 working days of receipt.
38.3. The Service Provider shall communicate with Clients only through official channels and shall consider valid only those petitions and complaints from clients received through official channels.
