5.1. The Client has the following rights regarding their personal data:
Right to Access: The right to request confirmation of whether the Service Provider processes their personal data and, if so, to access such data.Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete personal data.Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of personal data under certain circumstances.Right to Restrict Processing: The right to request restriction of processing of personal data under certain circumstances.Right to Data Portability: The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another controller.Right to Object: The right to object to processing of personal data under certain circumstances.5.2. To exercise these rights, the Client may contact the Service Provider at support@denode.io.
5.3. The Service Provider shall respond to such requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required due to the complexity of the request.
