9.1. The Service Provider may engage third party service providers to assist in providing the Services. These may include, but are not limited to, payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics services.

9.2. The Service Provider may share Client personal information with these third parties solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

9.3. All third party service providers are contractually obligated to use Client personal information only as necessary to provide the requested services and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information.

9.4. The Service Provider shall remain responsible for the processing of personal data carried out by its third party service providers.
