16. CONDITIONS FOR STOPPING, RESUMING INFORMATION COLLECTION ACTIVITIES, AND DELETING INFORMATION
16.1. If the Client wishes to cancel the collection of their personal information, they shall contact the Service Provider's support team through the official channels provided on the Platform to initiate the process.
16.2. The Service Provider shall independently resolve the Client's request within 5 working days of receiving it and notify the Client in writing or through the Platform.
16.3. When resolving the Client's request, the Service Provider shall refuse to accept the Client's request and notify the Client if any of the following circumstances exist:
  • There is a balance of monetary assets in the Client's Platform wallet, and the Client has not transferred and received such monetary assets;
  • Information regarding suspicious transactions is being reviewed and resolved by the authorized organization for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing risks;
  • Measures are being taken to detect, correct, stop, and resolve disputed or fraudulent transactions or trades;
  • Cases where the rights and legitimate interests of the Service Provider and others may be affected;
  • Other cases specified in legislation.
  • 16.4. If the Service Provider determines that the circumstances specified in 16.3 of this Privacy Policy do not exist, it shall accept the Client's request, cease the collection of the Client's personal information, and invalidate the Client's registration.
    16.5. With the revocation of the Client's consent, the Client will no longer be able to continue using the Platform, and the information collected, processed, and used before the revocation of consent will remain with the Service Provider and will be stored for the period specified in the relevant legislation.
    16.6. If the Client wishes to continue using the Platform, they may create a new Client registration or continue to use their previous information by giving consent again through the Platform to restore their personal account.
    16.7. Deleting information
  • The Client has the right to submit a request to delete their personal information in accordance with the procedure specified in this article, and the Service Provider shall receive and resolve such request in accordance with the procedure specified in this article.
  • The Service Provider has the right to delete the Client's personal information only on the grounds specified in the relevant legislation and to refuse deletion in other cases.
  • When deleting the Client's personal information, the previously collected, processed, and used information shall be deleted in a manner that prevents its restoration.
