Please note that you are required to enable the 2FA (Two-factor Authentication) and be a Level 2 - Verified User in order to withdraw funds from your Denode wallet. Refer to “Profile Verification” and “Enable 2FA” for more details and instructions.

Log in to your Denode account, press [Wallet] - [Overview] and choose the wallet you would like to withdraw funds from.

For Fiat withdrawal:

1. Press [Withdraw] on the corresponding fiat currency
2. Press [Add Address] to add a beneficiary bank account details to whitelist and save to receive the withdrawal funds.
3. Enter the withdrawal address detials and press [Submit for confirmation]. The “Beneficiary name” is a customized name that the user can assign for their own later reference.
4. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email address and press [Confirm]. If you did not receive the confirmation email, press [Resend pin].
5. Enter withdrawal amount in the corresponding currency. Please note that you can not enter a withdrawal amount that exceeds the available balance shown.
6. Enter the 2FA verification code generated by your Authenticator app. The system will calculate the withdrawal amount you will receive into your account net the transaction fee.
7. Press [Continue] to re-confirm the withdrawal details and press [Withdraw].

For Cryptocurrency withdrawal: Cryptocurrencies are withdrawn using “wallet address”. User must add a withdrawal address to whitelist to enable transfer of funds from their Denode wallet.

1. Press [Withdraw] on the corresponding cryptocurrency
2. Press [Add address] to enter corresponding withdrawal address. Ensure the withdrawal address accepts the corresponding cryptocurrency to avoid any losses.
3. Enter Beneficiary name, description (optional) and press [Submit for confirmation]. These are customized name and description that the user can assign for their own reference.
4. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email address and press [Confirm]. If you did not receive the confirmation email, press [Resend pin].
5. Enter withdrawal amount in the corresponding cryptocurrency. Please note that you can not enter a withdrawal amount that exceeds the available balance shown.
6. Enter the 2FA verification code generated by your Authenticator app. The system will calculate the total withdrawal amount net of the transaction fee.
7. Press [Continue] and confirm the withdrawal details by pressing [Withdraw].

Once the withdrawal is successfully processed, you can check your wallet balances in the [Overview] tab in the [Wallet] menu

All previous cryptocurrency withdrawal transactions will be recorded and can be viewed in detail in the [Withdraw History] tab under the [Wallet] menu
