Log in to your Denode account, press [Wallet] - [Overview] and choose the wallet you would like to deposit funds into.

For Fiat deposit: Please note that you are required to be a Level-2 Verified user in order to deposit fiat funds into your wallet. Refer to “Profile Verification” for instructions regarding user identification levels.

1. Press [Deposit] on the corresponding fiat currency
2. Follow the on-screen instruction to transfer fiat funds to the bank account provided. Please ensure that the transaction description is entered exactly as instructed. Transfers with incorrect transaction description will result in unsuccessful deposit.

For Cryptocurrency deposit: Please note that you are required to be a Level 1 - Registered user in order to deposit cryptocurrency into your wallet. Refer to “Profile Verification” for instructions regarding user identification levels.

Cryptocurrencies are deposited using “wallet address”. Users must generate a deposit address to transfer funds into their Denode wallet from other platforms or wallets.

1. Press [Deposit] on the corresponding cryptocurrency
2. Press [Generate address] to generate the corresponding deposit address. Copy and paste the deposit address to the platform or wallet that you are withdrawing funds from. Transfer only the corresponding cryptocurrency to the address. Depositing different cryptocurrency may result in loss of your funds.

Once the deposit is successfully processed, you can check your wallet balances of the corresponding cryptocurrency in the [Overview] tab under the [Wallet] menu.

All previous fiat and cryptocurrency deposit transactions will be recorded and can be viewed in detail in the [Deposit History] tab under the [Wallet] menu
