Clear communication protocols shall be in place to inform employees, users, and other stakeholders about the incident and the steps being taken to address it.
Regular updates shall be provided through the Company's platform and other communication channels.
4.3 Recovery and Restoration
The primary goal during recovery shall be to restore critical business functions as quickly as possible.
The recovery process shall prioritize the safety and health of employees, protection of user data, and minimization of financial loss.
Detailed post-incident analysis shall be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the response and to update the disaster recovery plan accordingly.
