- The verification process requires a working camera on your device for identity verification, so make sure to log in using your smartphone or a PC with a camera

Step 2: Access Your Account Settings ⚙️
- For desktop, click on the ‘My Profile’ button on the bottom left corner.
- For mobile, click on the ‘Settings’ button on top right corner, and click on ‘Manage your account’.
Step 3: Navigate to the KYC Verification 🔏
- At the account settings page, click on ‘KYC Verification’ tab.
- Check the status of your account verification. If the Status is shown as ‘Unverified User’, please complete the verification process by following the instructions below.
Step 4: Verify your Phone Number ☎️
- Click on the ‘Phone number’, select your country, enter your number you have access to and click on ‘Send code’ button.
- We will send a text message with 6-digit verification code to the phone number you entered.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code from the text message on the popup screen.
- If you don't receive a text message, you can click 'Resend' after 60 seconds, or verify that you've entered the correct phone number

- Click on the ‘Complete your profile’ and enter your accurate personal details, including:
- First name and last name,
- Date of birth,
- Gender,
- Nationality,
- Resident country,
- National registration number
- Click on ‘Submit’ to complete your profile information.

- Click on the ‘Identity proof’ and follow the on-screen instructions to upload or take a picture of your document.

- Make sure the address proof document is issued under your name.
- Click on ‘Submit’ to upload your documents.

- Once all the steps are completed, the Denode team will review your application.
- Make sure you’ve completed all the previous Steps 4 to 7 to initiate the review process.
- This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
- You'll receive an email notification once your verification is complete.
