3. PROCESSING AND USE OF CLIENT'S INFORMATION
3.1. The Client has consented to the Service Provider processing and using their personal information for the following purposes:
  • To verify the accuracy of the Client's information with the assistance of an automated system;
  • To determine the Client's financial capacity;
  • To create a personal account for the Client, maintain the validity of the personal account throughout the Client's use of the Platform, and provide conditions for making additions and changes to it;
  • To determine from which location and device the Client is accessing the Platform, and to create a record;
  • To use for research, analysis, and statistical information preparation purposes to improve the quality and accessibility of services provided to the Client, and in connection with the introduction of new products and services;
  • To deliver information to the Client about services, any advertisements, discounts, incentives offered by the Service Provider, changes to them, and other necessary information;
  • To take all possible measures to prevent the disclosure and loss of the Client's personal information;
  • To provide information to authorized entities about suspicious transactions in accordance with relevant legislation for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing risks;
  • To take measures to detect, correct, stop, and resolve disputed or fraudulent transactions in accordance with relevant regulations;
  • Other cases consented to by the Client through the Platform on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3.2. We may collect, process, analyze and share aggregate or de-identified information about users with third parties for product development, marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.
    3.3. Consequences of processing the Client's information
  • As a result of processing the information provided by the Client to the Service Provider for the purpose of using the Platform and its services as suitable for them, appropriate services will be provided and offered to the Client.
  • 3.4. Communication Preferences
  • The Client may manage their communication preferences through their Account settings on the Platform.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to send certain administrative and service-related communications that are considered essential to the provision of services, regardless of the Client's communication preferences.
