Log in to your Denode account and press [Profile] to start your profile verification. On this page, you can see Denode user identification levels and their respective deposit/withdrawal limits as well as access limits to certain services on Denode: [Level 1 - Registered User] [Level 2 - Verified User] [Level 3 - Accredited Investor]

Press [Apply] to start verification for each identification levels in its respective order. All verification must be completed in the order shown on the page.

For Level 1 - Registered User:

1. Press [Apply] and follow the instructions for Step 1 to confirm email address and Step 2 to confirm your phone number.

For Level 2 - Verified User:

1. Press [Apply] for Step 1 to Complete filling in your personal information
2. Press [Apply] for Step 2 to Provide identity proof by filling in the details of your identity document and uploading front, back of your ID, along with a selfie image holding your ID
3. Press [Apply] for Step 3 to Provide address proof by uploading or taking a picture of a document proving residential address

Once completed, please wait for your application to be verified by us. We will notify you of the verification through email notification.

For Level 3 - Accredited Investor:

1. Press [Apply] to start application process for Accredited Investor
2. Fill in the application and upload required documents and press [Confirm] to submit

Applications will be reviewed by us in a timely manner, and verification results will be notified to the users through email notification.
