How do I become an Accredited Investor?
To become an Accredited Investor and gain access to Private Security token offerings (Private placements) listed and issued on Denode, a Verified user must complete the Level 3-Accredited Investor by filling out the “Application to register as Accredited Investor” and uploading the proof of income and or net worth required to meet the eligibility requirement.
Eligibility requirement for registering as Accredited Investor:
- Average monthly income for the past 12 months equals or exceeds 10 million MNT or its equivalent in foreign currency, or;
- Net personal asset equals or exceeds 500 million MNT or its equivalent in foreign currency
- At least 1 year of trading experience on capital market
